This is what you will receive. Sorry, but if you are sending one as a gift, it won't be a surprise. |

This is what it looks like inside the box. |

The first thing you need to do is put the 5 wheels in place. Just push the snap in and select one of the 4 heights to snap the wheels into. |
Next, with the chair standing on its wheels, place the back support on the frame with the holes lined up. |
There should be 2 bolts and 2 screws. Place the 2 bolts in the holes, then screw in the screws. |
There are 2 identical tools to use for this process. Using both hands, simply screw the screws into the bolts. |
After the bottom of the back support is firmly in place, you insert the top part of the back support, the one with the cushion on it, into the tubes. This is done the same way we did for the wheels: just push in the snap and set it to one of the 4 height levels. Note: In our assembly we needed to pull the 2 bottom tubes apart a bit in order for them to line up to the top tubes. It was easy to do. |
This is how the back support should look in place. Note: In our box, the back cushion came with velcro opening (not shown here) pointing up. Not all back cushions may be assembled like this, but we preferred it pointing down. We easily removed it from the back support frame and turned it around. |

This is what the assembled chair frame should look like. All you need to do is fill the ball according to instructions and adjust the height of the wheels and back support as needed. Any questions, call us toll free at 1-866-263-0674, 9 to 5 Central time. Enjoy your new chair! |
