You can easily massage any part of your body by using one of the six strategically placed projections. A minimal amount of arm movement and gentle pressure is all you need for effective treatment.

The Thera Cane is one of the most highly praised (by our customers) products we sell. But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, don't worry. We apply our 100% Satisfaction Policy to the Thera Cane, giving you 30 days to decide if it is right for you. Each Thera Cane comes with a fully illustrated 14 page instructional manual. A 30 minute Thera Cane Video or DVD is available and sold separately, and we've lowered the price of the Instructional DVD to only $5 to make it easier for you to take advantage of the additional, illustrated instructions.

You'll be so glad you bought one!, 7.11.2007
Reviewer: Kate Van Voorhees (Prineville, OR)I have really tight muscles, and I carry my tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. (My massage therapist says I'm a '10' on the 1-10 scale of her clients: when she's kneading a knotted muscle, I'm crooning, "Yes, that's perfect!" where most others would be in agony.) She sold me my first theracane and I used it for 13 years (it had been to Europe and Australia) until I lent it to a (former) friend who lost it. I'm ordering a new one because, of all the "tools" in my (extensive) "kit" for dealing with muscle spasms, it is far and away the most effective--and the most versatile. I can hit that EXACT "spot" (often, that little triangle between my inner shoulder blade and the base of my neck) as hard and as long as I need to--without twisting into a pretzel. I don't need a power outlet, and although it's really strong, the Theracane is quite light. It's SO worth the price--something you'll realize the first time you DON'T have to tell your husband, wife, etc.:"Okay, that's almost--no, just a little to the left... now up a bit--not quite so much--there! Perfect! Oh no-you just slid off it!" --Kate from Oregon
