Kinesio Tape is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused or tired muscles, or to support muscles in movement on a 24 hour a day basis. Kinesio Tape is designed to gently create forces on the surface of the skin which elevate the tissue, relieving the pressures beneath the skin surface, thereby promoting increased circulation to the tissues and structures beneath the area taped.
