Dycem strips 


The Isokinetics Deluxe Pedal Exerciser creates resistance using a nylon band, combined with gears, which tightens around a cylinder when you crank the pedals, creating an even resistance and smooth pedal rotation. Turn the resistance control knob to increase or decrease resistance. The digital readout provides workout information updated constantly. Use it as a floor pedal exerciser for leg exercises or place it on a table for arm exercises.

Deluxe Resistance Pedal Exerciser


Compared to our Standard Pedal Exerciser or Magnetic Pedal Exerciser, the Deluxe Pedal Exerciser is shorter but with a wider stance for more stability. The pedal feel is "smoother" than the Standard model (for the smoothest "ride," see the Magnetic models). The Deluxe model is the most appropriate for under desk use, with the pedals topping out at 10.5" from the floor.

    I love mine! I use it at work under my desk. If I have to stop pedaling the timer cuts off in 3 seconds. I can go back later and pick up where I left off and everything is still there. The time, the mileage,etc. I can even work up a sweat using this by tightening the tension. On the next day, I press the mode button twice and it clears everything except the machines odometer. I bought a metal one before for $13 and I could not get enough tension. The metal got hot and it broke off. Definately spend a little extra money to get yourself a good one. I would recommend this to everyone.
