Customer Satisfaction Policies

We ship within one or two business days of receiving your order.

Returns:

We know sometimes an item isn't exactly what you expected, or that gift you gave wasn't quite what they wanted. No problem. We want you to be completely satisfied so you will return to us again for all your therapy and exercise product needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, send it back to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase*

• Had an item over 30 days and need to return it? No problem, as long as it is in "like new" condition, including the packaging. Just contact us, and we will work it out
• Of course, if we shipped you the wrong or damaged item, we will correct the problem at no cost to you
• No restocking fees!

Made to order items

• Treatment Tables are made to order. Normal lead time is 3 weeks. If you need a table sooner we can make arrangements to have the table shipped quicker
• Massage Tables are made to order. Normal lead time is 1 week. If you need the table sooner we can make arrangements to have your table shipped quicker

Pay by Check

• Consumer check orders will be held until receipt of the check
