Note: this is the original version of the short stroke pedaler. This model does not include the upright metal bars used to attached resistance cables to. We currently do not offer that model (which costs more).

We've designed the Short Stroke for people who want movement and blood flow as an exercise, rather than a brisk cardio workout. It's great for someone who wants to ride a mile or so each day and is looking for a cardio system that provides a very short range of motion. The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches. The Short Stroke uses a specially designed belt driven system that allows you to pedal forward or in reverse and experience the same resistance in either direction. An LCD displays a number of functions, including time, distance, speed, and calories.

This is great for people looking to gain better balance and build strength, or for people recovering from a leg or hip injury who need an exercise system with a short range of motion. Of course, always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program or using any new piece of equipment. The minimum height requirement for using the Short Stroke Mini Bike is at least 4 foot, 8 inches tall. Mimimal assembly required.
