The Assist attachment device and Extremity Strap increase the range of exercises that can be performed with bands and tubing. They allow users with poor grip strength, like victims of arthritis, to use bands and tubing in training and rehab programs. The Assist Attachment device attaches to your band or tubing and slide's around your foot or leg.
Can be used with Thera-Band Resistive Exercise Systems, which include:
- Latex Bands available in 8 color-coded levels of resistance.
- Latex-Free Bands available in 5 color-coded levels of resistance.
- Natural Rubber Tubing available in 6 color-coded levels of resistance.
