Sold individually, the Thera-Band® Sports Handle is a new and versatile attachment system for Thera-Band resistive bands and tubing. The 12-inch handle has three attachment points, allowing for a variety of force applications one- or two-handed gripping, ideal for patients who are rehabilitating hands and wrists, and for athletes in training to strengthen and enhance their performance by training with elastic resistance bands or tubing.

Each Thera-Band Sports Handle comes with an exercise instruction manual with 16 exercises covering hand and wrist rehabilitation, fitness training, sports enhancement, and work simulation. Variations of each exercise incorporating an exercise ball also are presented.
