The Closed Chain Disk is a versatile aquatic therapy/exercise device that is used to exercise all major leg and hip muscles.

The Closed Chain Disk can also:

• Help improve balance
• Increase range of motion in the lower extremities
• Strengthen the upper body
• Improve trunk stability

The closed-chain disk can be used when it isn't attached to the foot by turning it over to the "flat" side and sitting on it in shallow water to work on static and dynamic balance.

The disk can be used in the pool with or without an aquatic shoe.
