Thera-P Bars are the lightest weight exercise bars in the rehabilitation market. Now you can exercise even the weakest muscles, without risk of injury.

Having a set of graduated weights allows you to select the correct Thera-P Bar for each exercise, and to increase resistance as your strength improves.

No assembly is required because each Thera-P Bar has its weight self-contained and perfectly balanced. Each Thera-P Bar has a diameter of 1.25" and a length of 29" The bars are color-coded by weight for easy identification and have non-slip handles that provide a safe and comfortable grip.

If you are new to exercise, it is recommended that a physician be contacted before starting. If a home exercise program has been recently prescribed by a physician, occupational therapist or physical therapist which involves conditioning or recovery of the upper body, then seek their advice before using Thera-P Bars.

Always begin an exercise program using the correct weight. For each exercise, choose a weight that is light enough for you to maintain good form and posture, but heavy enough to tax your muscles. If you are uncertain, ask your physician or therapist before ordering.
